Meet The Team
When Dr Subhashini is not in surgery, she enjoys travelling, hiking, going to the movies, shopping and cooking. Dr Subhashini also enjoys running and participating in running events.
Dr Subhashini is happily married whose husband teaches environmental economics at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.
Dr Gary strives towards providing pain-free dentistry to ensure every dental appointment is as comfortable as possible. He is gentle and compassionate and prides himself on his excellent patient care and communication.
In his spare time, Dr Gary likes to keep fit and leads a healthy lifestyle. He and wife have two children, a boy and a girl
He has a special interest in veneers, crowns and dentures. He is a provider of Invisalign teeth straightening treatment. He particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry because of the huge difference it can make to his patients lifestyles. If you have any concerns about your smile he is always more than happy to help. You could also ask to see his patient before and after picture portfolio.
Dr Metash is from the UK and came to Australia to live a more outdoor lifestyle. He enjoys traveling, trekking, cycling, Latin and street dancing. Dr Metash can also speak Gujarati and Hindi.
Dr Metash enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dr Navisa has a strong belief in treating all her patient’s equally and respectfully. She has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. She also enjoys treating children, making them feel comfortable during treatment.
Outside dentistry, Dr Navisa’s hobbies include participating in community development programs for children and junior youth. She enjoys spending time with family and travelling with friends. Dr Navisa can speak Farsi, Urdu, Hindi and English.
Dannielle has continuously developed her passion for dental care since her first dental role in 2003. We welcome the wealth of knowledge and broad range of experience she brings to share with our practice, having worked previously in various support staff roles within 1300SMILES head office and local dental practices since 2010.
For many years she has volunteered her time to 1300SMILES charity of choice; YWAM Medical Ship’s humanitarian aid dental program. As a clinical advisor for the ship she has travelled to remote communities on a number of occasions to participate the delivery of much needed dental care to those less fortunate living deep in the jungles of Papua New Guinea.
With prevention in mind, Dannielle is a big believer in providing custom made sports mouthguards to kids of all ages playing contact team sports like Hockey, Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL, Soccer and Basketball.
She is also an active member of the Sterilisation Research and Advisory Council Australia (SRACA, Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists’ Association (ADOHTA) and the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia (DHAA).
When not in practice Dr Amy enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family. Her other favourite past times are going to the beach, keeping active and exploring new areas.
Dr Amy has family living on the East coast and visits them whenever she has the opportunity.
Dr Wendy is very focused on providing excellent dental services to her patients and their families. She is very passionate about oral health promotion and preventative care.
When not in practice, Dr Wendy likes to relax with yoga and reading. She also enjoys swimming and diving to keep fit and healthy.
Dr Wendy loves to spend quality time with her sister and baby niece, Eloise. She is looking forward to providing gentle dental care to her patients and their families in the Carindale community.
