Raised on a dairy farm in rural Northern Ireland, Gillian developed a strong work ethic and a genuine appreciation for community from an early age. After graduating with commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2007, she
relocated to Australia, where she quickly embraced life in North Queensland.
While skilled across all areas of general dentistry, she has a special interest
in children’s dentistry and family care, inspired by her experience as a mother. She is passionate about supporting healthy facial growth, airway

What is Invisalign First®?
As children grow, their smiles develop right along with them. Even during the baby‑to‑adult tooth stage, ages 6 to 10 can be an ideal time to begin early orthodontic care, also known as Phase 1 Orthodontic treatment. Invisalign First® is considered Phase 1 Orthodontic treatment.
Contrary to popular belief, early orthodontics isn't just about straight teeth, it's about helping your child's face, jaws, and breathing develop properly while encouraging good habits early. Spotting these signs sooner rather than later can make a real difference.
An early assessment doesn't always mean treatment is needed, it simply means taking the time to understand how your child is developing so we can support their growth in the best possible way.
Your health insurance can help you pay for visits to the dentist. If you're insured by one of these health funds, you may be able to claim back even more on your treatment.
