Dr. Andrew McCurdy completed a Bachelor of Dental Science and Masters in Clinical Dentistry at La Trobe University. Dr Andrew has a special interest in providing minimally invasive dental treatment and preventative care. He enjoys taking the time to educate his patients on proper at home oral care and long term planning for continued dental and oral health.
Dr Andrew brings a fresh, new and modern approach to dental care with his patients and is one of our newest rising stars in the 1300SMILES Dental Team.

Dr Andrew, who goes by the name of Andy to his Family and friends loves football (Soccer) and is a keen Chelsea FC supporter. He and his girlfriend Rachel, an Oral Health Therapist, love traveling together and experiencing new cultures and exotic cuisines. Andy and Rachel also enjoy spending their quiet time with their extremely friendly and excitable staffy pup, Franco.

Rachel Studied and completed a Bachelor of Oral health Sciences in 2016 from La Trobe University. Rachel Specialises in children’s dentistry, with an extended adult scope of practice allowing Rachel to offer dental care to the whole family. Rachel focuses on prevention and oral health education to suit each individual patient.

While not in practice Rachel enjoys Dancing, Cooking and singing while spending her quite time with partner Andrew and pet staffy, Franco.
