Getting To Know... Natalie Rawlings

Dr Daryl Holmes presents Natalie Rawlings with her 10-years of service award.Celebrating the 10-year milestone with 1300SMILES.

Hi, my name is Natalie Rawlings. I have now been with 1300SMILES for 10 years!!

Career - I started with 1300SMILES (then known as Townsville Family Dental) as a Dental Assistant to Dr Daryl Holmes.

I then went onto learn Reception and Practice Management. I have worked at all the Practices in Townsville, and did a couple of weeks in Cairns when Cairns Central and Smithfield practices were added.

My job description varies a lot, from stock and equipment to Acting PM of Woodlands to general day to day things.

1300SMILES has given me a lot of opportunities and experience that I wouldn't have been able to get from a single practice business which I am very thankful - it certainly keeps me busy and me out of trouble.

Family - I have 2 gorgeous (very busy) little boys - Jack 4-years and Tyler 2-years, who keep me very entertained and on my toes!

Hobbies - I try to keep fit by walking a couple of times a week early in the morning and try to catch up with friends as often as I can but otherwise keep busy with work and home.

Here's to another 10 years!!
