LISTED Townsville dental management company 1300 Smiles Ltd is on the acquisition trail again, this time in Rockhampton.
The company, which held its annual meeting in Townsville yesterday, announced it had entered into a conditional contract to acquire a long-established multi-dental practice in the beef capital.
The acquisition will consolidate the company's position in Queensland's major coastal centres with locations already established in Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Gladstone, Caloundra, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
