Follow up instructions for our Take Home Teeth Whitening Treatment.

  1. Before applying the whitening gel, brush and floss your teeth.
  2. Take a syringe out of the kit. Remove the cap and place a small drop (match head size) into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment. Apply to the area that corresponds to the front surface of the tooth as shown in the demonstration.
  3. Make sure the tray is seated into the mouth.
  4. Wipe away any excess gel in the mouth with a tissue.
  5. When removing, rinse the tray with cold water and your mouth with lukewarm water to avoid sensitivity.

Precautions:

-          During the treatment some sensitivity is normal, however, if this becomes too uncomfortable decrease the frequency of use to once every two or three days, or reduce the duration of time the tray is kept in the mouth.

-          Avoid smoking because you risk yellowing your teeth.

-          Food or drinks containing strong colours should be consumed in moderation during the treatment. E.g. coffee, tea, red wine, coloured lollies.

-          Keep syringes in their box in the fridge.

-          Keep out of reach of children and pets.

-          Do not use if you have a known allergy or chemical sensitivity to peroxide or glycerol.

-          Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under the age of 16.
